What to expect when working with Kate:
Step 1: Inquire
Inquire about your date by filling out the form on my website. Tell me about you and about your wedding - I want to hear all about your vision for your special day!
Step 2: Booking
If you and your fiancé would like to move forward with one of my collections, we'll set up a phone call to meet each other and chat about your vision for your wedding before booking. Once I receive your 20% retainer and signed contract, you officially have your photographer!
Step 3: pre-wedding consultation
I am available to you as much as you need me throughout the entire wedding planning process. One month prior to your wedding, I will send you a detailed questionnaire, as well as a family photo list template, to ensure I have all the information I need well in advance of your wedding day. We'll hop on a call to walk through your finalized timeline and button up any other details before your big day.
Step 4: Wedding Day
It's your wedding day! After months and months of planning, it's finally time to relax and enjoy the best day of your life with the people you love most. I work closely with your vendors to ensure everything goes according to schedule, so that you can be present and not worry about a thing. Let's get you married!
FAQ
How far in advance do you book weddings?
I currently accept wedding bookings around 15 months in advance. If your date is beyond that window, I’d be happy to add you to my waitlist and reconnect when booking becomes available.
Who is included in your team?
I never shoot a wedding day alone! A second photographer is included in all of my wedding collections - this is never an additional expense passed onto my couple. I hire photographers with similar equipment and style as me to ensure a cohesive look and feel to your gallery.
When will we receive our photos?
You can expect a preview gallery within a few days, and the final gallery within 60 days following your wedding date.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable retainer of 20% of your package’s total investment is required upon signing the contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, I do! Travel within 40 miles of my home base in North Georgia is included with your wedding collection. I provide a customized travel quote for any weddings outside of my radius.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, I am a fully licensed and insured business.
